Support through the school's collaboration with ADAPP Counseling further strengthens that growth. Families have embraced GEMs, often sharing that conversations begun in the classroom continue at home. Those ongoing discussions reinforce an important aspect of the St. Joseph experience: students grow when schools and families work together to support their development.

The effects of that partnership can be seen throughout the school community. Students are encouraged to view St. Joseph as a place where they are known, supported, and genuinely valued. Many alumni return years later to reconnect with former teachers and classmates, recalling the relationships and memories that shaped their time at the school. “At the end of the day, our goal is simple. We want every child who walks through our doors to know that they are loved, challenged, supported, and capable of doing great things,” says Valenti.
