We help often students discover strengths they never knew they had."A notable instance involved a 10th-grade student passionate about art and physics who considered dropping art because he felt it wasn't a viable career option. BEEC reviewed his work, and after discovering his impressive technical skills in sketching, introduced him to the idea of blending his love for art with engineering. The company suggested and found him the opportunity to be trained on design tools like AutoCAD and Fusion 360 to help him excel in 3D design. His new skills piloted him to address an environmental issue--microplastics in beauty products. After he had designed a filter that could address the problem, BEEC helped him secure an internship at the Environmental Protection Agency in a local California County office, and pitch it to local officials. BEEC's humanitarian efforts also leverage its fine-grained ability to help students reach out to communities. Thanks to the company, local high schools now receive pro bono career guidance, test preparation assistance and seminars to help their students find direction. This altruism to give back to the community is the strength that prompts families to hire the company. In one instance, a single mother who was dealing with complex family issues approached BEEC. The company recognized the student's potential and assisted him pro bono. The team guided him through the admission procedures to help secure a good college.
